Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication and language development of our students.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with K-12 students in Lewiston, CA. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a CA state license in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
