Main Responsibilities:- Remove dishes, plates, and flatware from tables and wash them thoroughly.
- Reset and prepare tables, clean cook stations, kitchen appliances, and machines.
- Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
- Assist other staff members with tasks as needed.
- Take out the trash and rinse trash cans.
- Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances.
- Must be able to operate the dish machine safely.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
