Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices
  • Lead quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
