Job Overview

As a Cleaning Services Coordinator - Senior Living, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team will make you an excellent fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities

**Primary Duties:**

  • Deliver exceptional housekeeping services to residents, ensuring their homes are clean, comfortable, and safe
  • Coordinate and communicate with other team members to maintain a holistic perspective of service for each resident
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our community's unique needs and concerns
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including laundry, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas
Requirements

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Able to safely lift 50 pounds independently and more with assistance
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Familiarity with household cleaning devices, including brooms, mops, floor waxers, and polishers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
