We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Edwards County, Illinois. As a key ambassador for Stine Seed Company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and growers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals
  • Work closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and agronomic expertise
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet established goals
