Department: Marketing, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid work model)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and impactful visual identities, including digital, print, and packaging designs.
  • Investigate innovative solutions and concepts that are visually appealing and conceptually robust based on project briefs from the marketing team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure design consistency across multiple media channels.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends, technological advancements, social media developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Regularly share insights and ideas internally to continuously refine and enhance our brand and corporate vision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design with a comprehensive portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong grasp of design principles concerning typography, color, shape, and photography.
  • Experience in illustration, photo editing, or front-end development is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, conceptual thinking, and design expertise.
  • Ability to comprehend production capabilities and excel in project management and prioritization.
  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable leading design initiatives and executing creative concepts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a similar field.
