Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food Truck Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Swensons Drive-in Restaurants, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen crew in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and training teams, as well as experience with food safety guidelines and policies. They will also be able to assist with profit and loss management, cash handling, and inventory control.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and train kitchen crew members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Direct and monitor crew performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including prep work, equipment maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with profit and loss management, cash handling, and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and training teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
