Through our exclusive FlexologistTM training, we guarantee superior stretching experiences for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • A strong enthusiasm for a boutique fitness setting, particularly in stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • A degree, license, or certification in a health or fitness-related discipline, along with practical client training experience
  • Preferred background in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, or Pilates/Yoga Instruction
  • Ability to cultivate a positive and inclusive environment for clients
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Passionate about connecting with individuals and guiding them toward their goals
  • A collaborative team player, open to feedback, and motivated by personal growth
  • Exhibits professionalism, dependability, and adherence to attendance standards
  • **Completion of the Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online modules and 2 days of hands-on training, is required**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate personalized assisted stretching sessions
  • Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility improvement
  • Develop customized stretching routines for clients
  • Expand StretchLab's membership and retain clients through effective service and care
  • Enhance client engagement by scheduling follow-up sessions and membership renewals
  • Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretching protocols and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment for client use
  • Participate in team meetings and educational initiatives
  • Assist sales associates and management with tours and sales as needed
  • Engage in community events and contribute to content creation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
