About the Position:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, trade shows, referrals, and other lead sources.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and utilize a defined sales process to track and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and generate leads through various tactics, including online research and relationship-building with decision-makers.
  • Analyze prospect pain points and current situations during the pursuit lifecycle, leveraging National HME's business development tools and processes.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to create compelling presentations, proposals, and materials showcasing National HME's services and capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects at local, regional, and national levels, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, Operations, Account Management, and Billing, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor information, pricing, service offerings, and new services.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including HIPAA requirements.
  • Travel to prospective locations within assigned territories for meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience generating self-led sales efforts and executing a sales process with multiple prospects concurrently.
  • A track record of increasing revenue for an organization, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with prior experience with CRM(s) and marketing automation platforms a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, calculate figures, and impact the bottom line.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with 3+ years of prior sales/business development experience.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. National HME offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
