About the Position:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, trade shows, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Maintain a balanced pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and utilize a defined sales process to track and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct ongoing market research and generate leads through various tactics, including online research and relationship-building with decision-makers.
- Analyze prospect pain points and current situations during the pursuit lifecycle, leveraging National HME's business development tools and processes.
- Partner with the Marketing department to create compelling presentations, proposals, and materials showcasing National HME's services and capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with prospects at local, regional, and national levels, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, Operations, Account Management, and Billing, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor information, pricing, service offerings, and new services.
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including HIPAA requirements.
- Travel to prospective locations within assigned territories for meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience generating self-led sales efforts and executing a sales process with multiple prospects concurrently.
- A track record of increasing revenue for an organization, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with prior experience with CRM(s) and marketing automation platforms a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex data, calculate figures, and impact the bottom line.
- Bachelor's Degree required, with 3+ years of prior sales/business development experience.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. National HME offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
