We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer IV to join our team at VTG Defense. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects within budget and scheduling constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Perform engineering design evaluations and complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
- Review industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Review reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
- Provide technical support for the engineering process.
- Collaborate with other engineering departments and coordinate their disciplines to the development of the project.
- Design, implement, and communicate an operational plan for completing the project.
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
- Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Identify, develop, and gather resources necessary to complete the project.
- Prepare engineering designs and work specifications.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
- At least 5 years of experience and Bachelor's Degree in the field/related area.
- Must have an active secret clearance and able to obtain and maintain a top secret clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
VTG Defense offers a competitive salary range of $72,265-$88,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
