Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high-quality cakes are consistently created to meet our guests' expectations.

• Follow strict proprietary recipes and production methods to create our delicious cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes.
• Meet production demands and contribute to superior service by consistently delivering high-quality products.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; we will train the right person to be an awesome member of our team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Work Schedule:

Typically, Bakery Production Specialists work Monday through Friday, DAY SHIFT, 7/8/9:00 am-1/2/3:00 pm. We request flexibility to work various shifts on occasion, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as special events outside the bakery.

Compensation:

$12-$14.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience. Pay increases as cross-trained and as Team Lead)
