As a Banquet Server, you will have the opportunity to develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. You will help deliver exceptional experiences for our guests by living our core values; Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe and Have Fun.

• Maintain excellent connections with guests and co-workers
• Share your passion for the mountains during service
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere at every table
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make informed recommendations to guests
• Operate a Point of Sale system to ensure accurate orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout and at the end of each shift

• A competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $5.29/hour + tips
• Guaranteed minimum of $20/hour inclusive of tips for tipped positions

• No prior experience necessary (we will provide comprehensive training)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
