As a Cardiac Critical Care Advanced Practitioner at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in managing critically ill patients immediately post-procedure and requiring intensive care services. In collaboration with Cardiologists and Attending Physicians, you will provide continuity of care management until discharge, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support patient care for technical procedures, such as cardiac catheterizations and surgeries.
- Identify discharge planning needs for patients to ensure comprehensive support.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing.
- 3-5 years of experience in acute care, preferably in cardiac critical care.
- Active certifications, including NCCPA (PA) and AANC or AANP (NP).
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular medicine and critical care principles.
