Job Title: Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist

About the Role:
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist to join our team. As a Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the performance of cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including catheters, guidewires, and imaging devices.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
  • State license required.
  • Must be cath lab trained.
  • Competent in EP or IR is a plus.
  • No IR only or EP only techs.
  • Prefer candidates with ability to do at least two roles: could be CL & scrub or monitor, or circulate only in both CL & IR.
