Job Summary:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership teams to support improved outcomes and service.
What You Will Do:
  • Coordinate and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • ASN required, BSN preferred.
  • Clear and active FL or compact state RN license required.
  • 1+ year of acute care experience required.
  • ACLS must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
  • Trauma Care After Resuscitation, or Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
