Job Title: DB Developer

At Woongjin, INC., we are seeking a highly skilled DB Developer to join our team. As a key member of our database management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain databases for the company, ensuring high levels of data availability and performance.
  • Support and develop applications, working closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Evaluate and advise on technology components, such as software, hardware, and networking capabilities, to optimize database management systems and applications.
  • Implement data dashboards to provide real-time insights to all levels of the company.
  • Diagnose and resolve database access and performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in database administration, with a strong background in ERP, CRM, data warehousing, or Oracle products.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interface with management and IT personnel.
  • Strong technical competency in web or legacy-based applications, with experience in leading business application development projects.
  • Effective in translating business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
