The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, as a significant portion of your work will be conducted independently. Your scheduled hours will vary, typically ranging from early morning to evening, with occasional weekend commitments.

The right candidate will possess experience in both personal and group training, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. You will be expected to meet specific performance metrics that will be evaluated regularly.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading group training sessions and maintaining communication with clients through various channels. Active participation in sessions will be a major part of your role.

While you will have support, the ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines consistently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Comfort with technology is essential, as you will utilize various Google applications extensively.

A passion for fitness is essential (a training certification is advantageous but not mandatory; we will assist you in obtaining certification).

Although your main focus will be on training, you will also handle client documentation, account management, and ongoing client support.

Collaboration with management is key, and you will be required to submit daily reports. The ideal candidate will be a capable problem solver who is open to coaching. You will be encouraged to take initiative in resolving issues and proposing solutions, while also being receptive to established procedures.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Conducting training sessions that meet our business standards.
  • Guiding new clients through our onboarding process.
  • Managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Engaging with current clients to assist with account management and scheduling.
  • Communicating regularly with clients to support their fitness and nutrition objectives.
  • Enjoying your work while making a positive impact.

Short-Term Expectations: You will undergo a rigorous training period to familiarize yourself with our methods and performance expectations.

Long-Term Opportunities: There is significant potential for career advancement based on your performance and ability to exceed targets.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in personal and/or group training is essential.
  • A strong foundation in fitness knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for working out are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of post-secondary education, preferably in business or kinesiology.
  • Current or prior fitness training certification.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail management.
  • A strong passion for fitness.

Compensation: $15.00 to $30.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected Hours: 3 – 40 hours per week
