About the Job:
The Western National Parks Association is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate for National Parks. This part-time position will be based in Dell City, Texas, near Guadalupe Mountains National Park. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive work environment. You will have opportunities to develop new skills, build relationships with colleagues and customers, and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day retail store operations, including achieving sales targets and providing an outstanding customer experience
* Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high-quality visual merchandising and product presentation
* Develop expert knowledge of our products and their educational value, enabling effective communication with customers and promoting sales
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment
* Participate in special events, promotions, and projects as required
* Conduct physical inventory cycles and year-end counts to ensure accurate stock levels

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail and point-of-sale system experience preferred
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite and databases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
