Role Overview:
As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will play a crucial role within our therapy teams, providing tailored services to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position involves delivering individualized therapy in a one-on-one format across various settings, including clinical, educational, and home environments.


Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapeutic support to clients in diverse environments, implementing behavioral treatment and instructional plans as directed by a BCBA.
- Create a safe and nurturing atmosphere for clients and their families.
- Assist clients during challenging behavioral episodes by applying the behavior support plan developed by the BCBA.
- Collaborate with the Behavior Analyst to maintain consistent communication with parents or caregivers regarding the client's progress and care plan.
- Complete necessary documentation, including session notes and timesheets, in accordance with company policies.
- Aid in the development and upkeep of instructional materials.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of hire, with training provided.
- Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team is advantageous.
