Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse III Lead to join our Medical Surgical Hospitalist M4 department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout their episode of care.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the creation of a positive work environment through displays of kindness, active listening, and recognition of individual differences.
- Demonstrate excellence in daily work by actively participating in performance and quality improvement activities and working towards enhancing customer/patient satisfaction.
- Exhibit positive service excellence skills by greeting others in a friendly manner, keeping customers/patients/colleagues informed about progress, delays, and changes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff by following established procedures and protocols.
- Demonstrate stewardship by thoughtful and responsible use of resources, including maintaining a clean and hospitable environment, starting work on time, and being conscious of costs and supplies.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered professional nurse in an acute care setting.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) in the state of New York.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
