We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) at Baylor Scott & White Health in Plano, Texas.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs
- Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to provide therapeutic connections and support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices in cardiovascular care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes
- 1+ year of recent full-time experience in Telemetry, Cardiac Progressive Care, Cardiac Intermediate Care, or Cardiovascular ICU
- Knowledge of common cardiovascular ICU procedures, hemodynamics, and medications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Texas
