About the Role

BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardscapes Crew Leader to join our Enhancement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of professionals in delivering exceptional hardscape services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and oversight to crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Site Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that projects meet client standards and expectations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Safety: Ensure that company vehicles are properly maintained and that crew members are trained in safety protocols.
  • Scheduling and Reporting: Manage crew schedules and review charts and reports to ensure that projects are on track and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Hardscapes Crew Leader at a reputable company.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license with a chauffeur's endorsement (Chauffeur's License) and any other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in operating heavy equipment.
