- Advocate for students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with all necessary laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels engaged and can succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in special education or education.
- Valid PA teaching certification in Special Education.
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about working with students with special needs.
