- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and resident satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve financial productivity objectives.
- Active License as required by state law.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, human resource development and management, nursing management, budget processes, and census and business development.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with 1-2 years of prior experience required.
- Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.
- Effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.
