• Establish and nurture relationships through networking and outreach with financial institutions, real estate agents, builders, and the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Guide borrowers in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of various loan options to identify the most suitable choice for their needs.
• Oversee a substantial loan pipeline to ensure that your production aligns with our performance standards.
• Monitor the loan process by keeping track of loan status, compliance with terms, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with borrowers, loan officers, title professionals, and insurance representatives to collect and prepare all necessary documentation for underwriting.
• Engage with clients, real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to facilitate a seamless transaction experience.

• Possession of a valid NMLS Mortgage Originator License is required.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable-rate loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
• Compliance with lending regulations and adherence to bank underwriting standards and policies is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is mandatory.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and customer service skills, along with superior written and verbal communication abilities, and strong decision-making skills.
