Position Overview:
The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Cake Frosting Specialist is responsible for crafting cakes of exceptional quality for our customers while contributing to outstanding service by fulfilling production requirements. Adhering to a proprietary recipe, the NbC frosting techniques and food safety protocols are followed to create our signature frosting and apply it to our delectable cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Precisely follows NbC's exclusive frosting recipe and application techniques to meet productivity targets.
  • Utilizes measuring tools, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags effectively to frost cakes.
  • Prioritizes cake pre-orders based on the schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in customer orders as needed.
  • Ensures a sufficient supply of samples and frosted cakes are available in the bakery display case while maintaining appropriate frosting and frosted cake inventory levels.
  • Follows proper packaging, labeling, and storage protocols for frosted cakes, including product rotation standards, and maintains frosting and refrigeration logs.
  • Monitors frosting supply inventory and informs management when restocking is necessary.
  • Assesses baked and frosted cakes to ensure compliance with NbC quality standards and reports any quality control concerns to management.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation, ensuring frosting supplies are ready for the next shift, and washes equipment when necessary.
  • Adheres to all health and safety regulations and NbC policies, including strict compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards.
  • Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
