About the Job
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret medical histories to diagnose and treat various medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and blood work, to inform treatment decisions
  • Prioritize patient safety and well-being by providing timely and effective care
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on sound medical judgment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
  • Board certification in NP or PA credentials
  • State and federal licensure requirements, including DEA registration
  • BLS certification and knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications
