SDL is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our Logistics Division. The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in SDL-operated facilities, adhering to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning, vacuuming, and trash disposal in common areas, hallways, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and reception areas.
- Thoroughly scrub and sanitize restroom facilities.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break areas as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance of general facilities.
- Clear snow when necessary.
- Buff and wax floors as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in commercial cleaning and familiarity with cleaning processes.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and dusting.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. and engage in extensive walking, standing, pulling, and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to comply with federal vaccination mandates or provide valid reasons for accommodation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors, scrubbers, and buffers.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for cleaning details.
- Comfortable working independently.
