Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Center Aide Substitute Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to our teachers, engage children in activities, and maintain a safe and healthy environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in early childhood education, with or without prior experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing classroom assistance and supporting teachers in engaging children in activities
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment, including playground supervision and health and safety management
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Contributing to transportation, kitchen operations, family services, and developmental specialties

Competitive pay starts at $14.00 per hour and includes benefits such as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
