Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Leader to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes and controls that acquire and correlate security relevant system and application log data to alert and report on potential security events.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum five years of IT/network experience and a minimum four years of Information security operations experience. A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field is also required.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to work across functional boundaries, build consensus and drive results. You must also have very strong written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills.

The base pay for this position generally ranges from $110,800.00 to $196,400.00, with additional forms of incentive-based compensation such as bonuses available to eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement processes and controls to detect security threats
  • Lead the execution of security counter-measures
  • Coordinate and control response to cyber incidents
  • Review work plans and designs and advise on improvements based on security requirements

Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum five years of IT/network experience
  • Minimum four years of Information security operations experience
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
