Position Overview

Seeking Pre-Made Teams with SAP Acceptance

We are looking for Class A drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) positions. Candidates must be at Step 6 in the SAP program, which includes random drug screenings. Please note that we do not facilitate return-to-duty processes.

Driving Areas:

  • East Coast
  • Southeast
  • Midwest
  • Mid South (excluding NY and NJ)
  • Not hiring from California or Florida

Driver Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 months OTR experience
  • SAP acceptance after completion of the SAP program or at Step 6 Randoms
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • No misdemeanors in the last 10 years
  • No criminal history in a lifetime
  • Maximum of 6 jobs in the past 3 years
  • No terminations for safety violations (except SAP-related)

Compensation Package:

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus available if both drivers meet qualifications
  • Compensation for breakdowns
  • Layover pay

Orientation Details:

  • Orientation sessions are conducted in designated locations
  • Company covers rental expenses
  • Gas reimbursement provided
  • Hotel accommodations paid for
