Compensation:

First-year earnings for a Pest Control Technician range from $37,500 to $45,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, and holidays.


Role Overview:

As a Pest Control Technician at Brezden Pest Control, you will be instrumental in defending homes, businesses, and other structures from pest-related damage. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, applying pest treatments, and ensuring the safety and health of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough termite treatments, including trenching, drilling, and working in crawl spaces.
  • Perform detailed inspections to identify termite presence.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of service activities.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of work experience in any field; experience in the pest control industry is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain the required California Field License. Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service are essential. A valid driver's license that meets our insurance company's requirements is also necessary.
