Certified Practical Nurse

At Maxim Healthcare Services, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of making a difference in the lives of our patients, caregivers, and communities.

• Responsibilities:
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
• Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior LPN experience preferred.
