- Shift: 12 hours, available for days and nights
The Travel Nurse RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a dynamic environment. This role includes assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care on a per-shift basis, as well as overseeing the delegation of care to nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
- Supervise and support nursing staff in providing appropriate care.
- Collaborate with the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of nursing practice.
- Ensure safe and effective patient care through proper resource management.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid nursing license and relevant certifications as mandated by state regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an acute care setting, specifically in Telemetry or Med Surg.
- ACLS certification is required, along with proficiency in interpreting Telemetry and EKG strips.
- Guaranteed hours for travel contracts.
- Weekly pay and holiday pay.
- 401k retirement plan.
