Key Business Analyst Position for Washington Dental Service

We're seeking a skilled Associate Business Analyst to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you'll possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence. Your validated digital literacy will enable you to efficiently manage data entry tasks, while your understanding of 834/eligibility files will be invaluable in this role.
The salary range for this position varies between $52,140.00 - $72,930.00 in Western Washington and $47,400.00 - $66,300.00 in Eastern Washington. Based on job-related factors such as experience, base pay will be adjusted accordingly.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external inquiries regarding eligibility from clients, client representatives, brokers, subscribers, dental offices, Finance, Marketing, I.T., and Operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying problem areas and recommending solutions.
- Monitor the Group Support inbox and assign work based on the skill level of team members.
- Support Group Administration and Group Support teams, and backfill as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for issues to be prioritized prior to going to Group Support.
- Decision-making skills to determine elevation of issues to stakeholders.
- Detailed-oriented approach with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexible work style to adapt to independent and teamwork environments.
This position requires occasional travel. Operational demands include sitting and working at a computer keyboard for extended periods, utilizing visual acuity, speech, hearing, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
