Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - ER will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized patient care plans in the Emergency Room setting. This includes evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes, in accordance with established protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience working in a critical care setting.
  • Certification in a specialty area, such as Trauma Nursing or Critical Care Nursing.
