Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to enhance and expand our suite of functional and regression tests. This role involves both automated and manual testing to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop a comprehensive test suite for functional and regression testing.
  • Conduct manual testing as necessary to complement automated efforts.
  • Create automated tests to verify story functionality during each sprint cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring code quality meets our rigorous standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of combined experience in automation and functional testing, with a focus on broadband or mobility network interfacing systems.
  • At least 6 years of experience in developing automation testbeds for back-end applications, particularly in broadband CPE and network interactions.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building automation testbeds from inception to completion for platform capability validation.
  • 3+ years of proficiency in Python, SQL, and other NoSQL query languages, as well as tools like Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in API testing with a solid understanding of API concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with standard automation testing frameworks such as PyTest, Cucumber, and Selenium.
