  • Maintain branch inventory and supplies
  • Travel to assist other branches and perform teller operations
  • Attend meetings and events to stay informed and engaged
  • Maintain individual sales performance goals and respond to customer complaints
  • Assist with on-the-job sales training and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred
  • Problem analysis, focus on results, initiative, service orientation, focus on quality, perseverance, resourcefulness, teamwork, oral and written communication, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft programs
