Burlington Capital Properties is in search of a Facilities Maintenance Lead for our residential community.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in management, facility upkeep, repairs, and client relations to enhance our team. The successful applicant will be instrumental in preserving the property and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

This is a full-time role with standard weekday hours and occasional on-call responsibilities during weekends or evenings for urgent maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing routine maintenance tasks such as painting and appliance servicing
  • Tackling plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry challenges
  • Overseeing contractors and service providers
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Engaging in community events as required
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and liability regulations

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of property maintenance requirements
  • EPA and HVAC Certifications
  • CPO certification is advantageous
  • Valid Driver's License
