Estimated Salary Range

$35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description

As a Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for over 500 employees.

You will manage multi-state payroll, process semi-monthly payrolls, administer bonuses and incentive payments, and generate monthly reports using Excel.

You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll processing experience
  • Strong Excel skills, particularly with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience with Payroll Systems (Isolved, Coastal Payroll, ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to handle change management effectively
