Acara Solutions and our client in Scottsdale, AZ have a Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) position available.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Planner and FRCB Champion for MUOS to oversee satellite communications system release planning and execution with a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align release content objectives, set milestones, and create communication and development schedules.
  • Track progress, manage cross-team communication, and ensure development schedules align with testing resources.
  • Work with System Engineers to ensure effective test planning and smooth system test execution.
  • Address progress issues and facilitate effective communication.
  • Update release development status in monthly reviews and communicate scope with the deployment team.

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile experience preferred.
