Job Overview

This full-time Warehouse Fork Lift Operator position is responsible for receiving and processing shipments, packing and shipping products, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, including forklift operation and pallet building. They should be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a stand-up and sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
  • Pallet and small package order picking and packing
  • Pallet building and wrapping using a pallet spinner
  • Review incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
  • Document damage to inbound shipments and inventory
  • Maintain the shipping/receiving area through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items
Requirements:
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Stable work experience
  • Ability to operate shop machinery such as forklifts, pallet spinners, and pallet jacks
  • Great attitude, determination, and attendance
  • Basic math skills
  • High volume picking and packing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the work day
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $18-$22 per hour based on experience
  • Paid health, vision, and dental after 90 days
  • Paid holidays
  • Profit sharing plan
