We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation of Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our clients' healthcare teams.
- Patient Assessments and Coordination of Care: Conduct thorough assessments of our clients' needs and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Medication Administration and Treatment: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and provide education to our clients and their families on proper use and management.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, and communicate effectively with our clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Health Promotion and Education: Promote healthy habits and provide education to our clients and their families on disease prevention and management.
- Licensure and Certification: Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice, and current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS.
- Experience and Education: Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required, and a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- Transportation and Availability: Must have reliable transportation and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
