We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team at Florida Medical Clinic. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for performing radiology exams and maintaining quality control of x-ray equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiology studies and ensure high-quality images are obtained
- Position patients correctly for optimal results and minimize radiation exposure
- Operate x-ray equipment and maintain quality control to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Retrieve and scan x-ray films into our digital system
- Maintain accurate records of patient exams and procedures
- Evaluate image quality and report any deficiencies
- Submit charges for procedures performed
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiology
- Active Florida License as General Radiographer
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation and team player skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
