Noblis is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program located in Bethesda, Maryland. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with diverse groups of individuals across the IC, Department of Defense, and Private Sector to develop and implement business and mission analytics efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date with IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and provide recommendations to align the Sponsor's strategy accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio data, presenting findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps, identified risks, gaps, and dependencies, alignment with the strategic framework and priorities, and funding and related program issues.
- Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
- Ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics.
- Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements.
- Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials.
- Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences.
- Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
- Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills.
- Working knowledge of data and AI topics.
- Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Journeyman Level: BS degree and 4 to 8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 2 to 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Senior-Level: BS degree and 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6 to 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- SME-Level: BS degree and 12 to 15 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 10 to 13 years of prior relevant experience.
- Prior Intelligence Community (IC) experience.
