Morgan Truck Body LLC, a leading manufacturer of truck bodies in North America, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Janesville facility.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on supervising staff, leading and managing production schedules, ensuring safe working conditions, improving methods and processes, and training employees to achieve maximum efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and optimize production workflows. By doing so, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably with experience in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred. You must possess excellent communication skills, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency. Experience in training and supervisory roles, as well as knowledge of schematics, blueprint reading, and AutoCAD, are highly valued. Strong mentorship skills, the ability to lead multi-functional projects, and adaptability in structured and stressful environments are essential. Above all, you should demonstrate ownership of outcomes, a proactive approach, and the ability to lead by example.

Compensation
