$16-$18 per hour, working Mon, Tues, Wed from 4pm-8pm and every other weekend 8am-4:30pm.

Position Summary

The Floor Technician performs daily cleaning of facility floors, ensuring a clean, attractive facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This role is responsible for maintaining floors by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients, while also demonstrating dependable, regular attendance and the ability to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
  • Assist in the evacuation of patients
  • Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
  • Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment


Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Prior health care experience preferred
