We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of independent contractors as Occupancy Inspectors. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work at your own pace. Our mobile application makes it easy to complete inspections quickly and efficiently, allowing you to maximize your earnings potential.

About the Role
This is a 1099 position with a flat rate per inspection, resulting in an estimated hourly wage of $20-$30. The number of inspections per month varies depending on the county and volume, but work is consistent month-to-month. Earn more as you become established and have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.

Key Responsibilities
You will be required to:
  • Verify property occupancy based on industry standards.
  • Report general property conditions.
  • Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
  • Complete a short form in an app.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A computer with an internet connection.
  • A reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus).
  • A smartphone (Android or iPhone).
  • A printer.
  • The ability to pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license.
