Pediatric Neurosurgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neurosurgeon to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of our neurosurgery program.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional medical functions, including providing on-site coverage in the Operating Room, Emergency room, Patient Wards, and Clinic.
- Direct patient care and supervision, teaching, and guidance of staff and other members of the neurosurgical team.
- Attend weekly staff conferences, including Grand Rounds, Quality Assurance meetings, M&M conference, and departmental meetings for staff.
- Timely completion of Medical Records, Operative Dictation Reports, and Quality Improvement documentation.
- Assist in the maintenance of standard performance of physicians and other professional employees working in the service.
- Perform related work as required or as directed by the Chief of Service.
Qualifications
- Current licensed NYS registration certificate.
- Board Eligible-Graduated from an approved Medical School-Completion of approved residency in Neurosurgery.
Benefits
