About the Role

As an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their developmental and behavioral goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or individuals with autism and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with active RBT certification through the BACB.

In this position, you will:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and caregivers to ensure client success
  • Promote skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include providing direct ABA therapy to clients, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data, and collaborating with the BCBA and caregivers.

You will also be responsible for fostering a positive and supportive therapy environment for clients.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $30 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Benefits include coverage for you and eligible dependents, weekly pay, and opportunities for increased pay with additional relevant experience.

A bilingual incentive is also available for candidates who speak multiple languages.
